Question wrt to injuries sustained pre-pull! My guy's infected bullet wound is healed now but he has a cracked hip from the impact. Would Patho-Gen lend him a cane? Or is the hip damage just also healed?

While Patho-Gen's magic can absolutely heal up injuries, you are more than free to let him suffer if you'd prefer. Perhaps they <i>somewhat</i> accelerate the process of healing, for example, and the fracture is only mended... a bit. Healing a grievous wound is no easy feat, and they may get a little lazy with some characters... And yes, they will offer a cane to those who seem to need it.
