Sister city to Karteria, Kelesis is located on the island of Eparsis.

It uses emojis and has a friendly if unusual manner.

As hinted at by the flavour text Hubert (bloodypath) received for his second soul, and the dream like nature of Kelesis, it has been confirmed they are a Perissodactyla wild soul.

Above ground

Kelesis is vibrant and lively. It contains many places to entertain oneself. Unlike Karteria's complex layout, Kelesis is relatively simple to navigate. The city is largely circular with the entertainment district is located in the centre and residential areas towards the outskirts.

Weirdness

• Increasing feeling of being watched the longer someone stays in the city without leaving
• If observed for long periods, the Kelesian residents will appear to "glitch"
• The layout of shops and streets may vary from day to day, particularly in residential areas

Underground

Under Kelesis there is an entity screaming in pain and anger.

This entity or an entity sympathetic to the screaming entity has since August been directing Augmented to "Dig deeper" and "Help them" by printing messages on Kelesian citizens.
