1. That's an interesting one... It would be possible for Dante to receive a replica of their PDA. It should be fully functional on the note-taking side of things, and might even come with copies of notes that they had taken in the past, though... not quite right. It's full of errors, but more in language and formatting rather than content. As though whatever had copied it had been reading it from a distance, and not used the right file format.

If the cards themselves are a physical object that would manifest as a part of the PDA, they could come with, but would also be replicas... AUs of AUs. They could still work largely as intended, but less powerful. (Along the lines of general ability nerfs. If you'd like to tweak them in other ways to reflect them being a knockoff version, you're also free to do so!) But the cards having functionality could be maintained.

Something like this would probably count as a luxury treat/100 comments.

2a. Yes, but with a couple of caveats. If the use of that ability is predicated on something that happens later in canon, and could never be unlocked without that canon event, the character would have to be updated to that point in order to use it. If it's just an ability the character always had, but canon just hadn't revealed it- then yes, it would be fine for them to go ahead and have it without a canon update.

2b. This is the other caveat: if the use of the ability would constitute a major spoiler, then you should probably wait the two-months-from-reveal to be clear. If it's less major, or something that can be warned for- it'd be fine to just proceed with spoiler warnings in headings.
Got it, thank you! Was planning on luxury treat, but wasn't sure if you wanted a little more points put toward it than the 100.

And totally understand for number two! I'll give it some thought and proceed with caution.
