Am I correct that the wings would replace the arms of my character instead adding new limbs?	You've got it! The arms of an Aves-souled character should become more wing-like (to the point of becoming full wings if preferred, especially when Shifted). They can still maintain the use of their hands, of course. This wing-development would apply even with a multi-souled character, such as a Glire/Aves hybrid. (As a note, with a hybrid of say... Aves/Arthropod, with the Arthropod being a winged sort, there could be some choice of how those wings develop. Like feathery butterfly wings, or scaled avian wings... or just carrying both sets at once. Glires don't have wings, so there's less of a 'conflict' there- but of course those Aves arm-wings can still take on the traits of Glire arms, hands, claws, etc., while still functioning as 'wings'.)
