There is, and it's of the expected variety you would find in a city. Pigeons (every world has pigeons), sparrows, finches, gulls, maybe a few swans, squirrels. A very occasional raccoon, charmingly buried in a residential trashcan. Plenty of insects- and Kelesis is doing very well in that regard, compared to Karteria (which has seen a sharp drop off of insect life over the years, and a corresponding decline of all else). A deer might wander into someone's back garden at the outskirts of the city. All the animals are normal and very safe to eat.
