Do there seem to be other balconies? What colour are the lights?	They're not too distant to see from the balcony, and it would also be possible to spot other balconies from that spot. And many of those lights appear to be coming from those other balconies, flickers of light escaping from other corners of the facility. Other points of light don't seem to be attached to anything, or appear from anything; they're clusters of odd energy, gathered in places around the mountain. Likely a result of activity that occurs within the facility. The lights are pale yellow or white, with the energy-sourced ones occasionally flickering red-black.
