Mods, this is the dumbest question ever, I'm sorry. If one were to double up on the same soul (so someone with an Aves soul gets another, or Carnivora gets a second Carnivora soul), does anything happen? Or does nothing really change? It's a good question! And... yes, it is entirely possible for a character to collect another of the same variety of soul! A double-Carnivora, a double-Aves....

As for what happens under these circumstances: while players can already select more than one 'species' for their character, as long as they fall under the same category (so an Aves could have the look of both a chickadee and a falcon, if desired), this would further support having the characteristics of two wildly different creatures. A bear soul, and a weasel, stuck in one person... Or for Terras, the addition of even more plant species.

It would also serve to enhance the Natural Soul's base powers. A Carnivora with cat and dog souls could use the destabilizing bark as well as the calling of electricity, and their ability to heal would also jump in effectiveness.

So in general, the expected abilities of each soul would be enhanced, and if they have exclusive avenues (such as Spectrals able to control a single element, or shapeshift into a single night-related animal; Terras with a poison specialty, etc.), they would be able to take on an additional aspect.
