They're quite inconsiderate, not having refreshments available in the space everyone's mingling in after waking up (expecting the Augmented to trek over to the Valentia to have their drinks/snacks). That said, there are still staff around who will absolutely fetch someone a cup of water if asked. If someone looks particularly unwell, they might even offer it unbidden.
