Is this cliffside ON the island, or is it a cliffside on another island that can be seen from this one? I interpreted it as a different island i.e. Orexis or Eparsis, since the balcony is so high up and the ocean can be seen across, but other players seem to have interpreted the cliffside as being on Pneuma itself (and I can't picture that in my mind's eye- where would it be, relative to a very tall building? or, if the balcony is built into the cliffside, how could characters see the cliffside itself? Or does it mean they can see the lights only if they escape the balcony?)	Ah, yes, the facility/cliffside are both on the island, and are on Pneuma. The balcony would be built into the cliffside itself (along with the facility, the whole thing buried inside of it). To stand on the balcony and look down, one would be looking at the uneven face of the cliff (or I suppose the mountain would be more accurate, but the slope/way it drops off feels like a cliff...), and at the bottom of it, the ocean. The lights in the cliff would also be visible from this place. (Sorry for the confusion, I hope this explains things a little better... I can try again if this doesn't work!)
