February will arrive with its new reporting thread for January/February with the plotting post, and that would probably be the best place to post about their Crimes, along with any additional info! (Particularly with how public or traceable their actions were. But as a general idea: if their torture/murder escapades are discreet enough, they could probably come away from it without facing personal consequences. If anything can be tied to the participants, they would be facing weeks of public service, followed by a presentation to show that they learned their lesson- up to house arrest/being fitted with an ankle monitor, should things turn particularly violent. In either case, what they did would be considered as premeditated, which incurs greater penalty than acts of passion.)
