(Happy to wait and get the info itself in the main log, just curious if that sort of thing will be among the info provided.)	As part of the experience of offering a pact, the guardians will be willing to answer a few relevant questions from characters. They're pressed for time, literally being attacked- but they recognize that most people would not just say 'yes' without knowing more. The log itself will attempt to address whatever we can anticipate as questions, and players will be able submit more specific ones once the event faq is live (But for some short answers here: 1. The caretakers didn't have much of a chance to ask; everyone was dying. They strongly believe that this was wanted, however. 2. The citizens are having a good time. They're satisfied with their lives.). However, because this is a crisis situation, the caretakers don't have the time to sit down and explain everything. But they'll suggest that once Kelesis is saved and Patho-Gen removed from the city, that they'll be willing to say more about the situation. They'll only be willing to answer the minimum to convince characters to either pact with them, or to not pact but still help remove Patho-Gen from the city. They would prefer the former, but would still gladly accept the latter. Should Kelesis survive/come out on top of this (as opposed to Patho-Gen gaining control of the city), there would be more opportunities to ask them more.
